Why should Real Estate PI have bodily injury included? What does Millennium’s policy provide?

Real Estate agents main exposure to bodily injury is with the property management aspect of their business. Should a tenant be injured within the managed property, the agent/manager could be deemed liable for not identifying a potential risk to the tenant (i.e. exposed wires).
