Millennium Underwriting Agencies was formed on July 1st 1998 with an initial focus to provide Rural Insurance Products to the MGA Insurance Brokers Regional network, a substantial player in this market segment.

Since then, the offering has expanded with the introduction of Strata (Householders') Insurance and Landlords' Property Protection Insurance, niche product developed for the Real Estate Industry.

Tribunalised through Lloyd's in 2001, Millennium distributes a number of products underwritten through Lloyd's and other International Companies.

Products include High Hazard Property, Commercial Business (including liability), and Professional Indemnity.

Millennium Underwriting Agencies Pty Ltd and MGA Insurance Brokers Pty Ltd have common Directors and common ownership.

MGA, as one of the nation's largest privately controlled brokerages has worked extensively with Millennium since 1998; developing specific and niche products for various industries, Millennium has laid the foundations to expand further into these existing markets and will continue to develop new products.
